I'll always remember Mr. Roesener, he started my love of marching bands and was instrumental in starting the field show competitions that are quite competitive now.  My years at MSH, marching in Rigettes with the band, started 3 generations in my family of marching band mania.

My condolences to his family, he was a great man of music and carried on his love when the Esquires were resurrected a few years ago as an alumni dance band.  He's probably tuning up St. Peters harps and trumpets right now for a big jazz fest.   Rest in Peace Herb.

What a special guy who's love for music, surrounded himself  around others who had the passion and longing to learn. Not one for marching the streets of Pasadena during Rose Bowl parades was resting from the New Years Eve gigs the night before!!!  I have fond memories that I will cherish.  God blessed you with a talent so have a great time with all those heavenly gigs.

Eyes Right!    Gwennie
