1959 we walked off the field after graduation and began our unique paths. Mine led me to Cal State L.A., to Norwalk High School as a teacher, then my husband and I ventured to Kenya, East Africa, which was his home. Through twenty three years we relived, the adventures of Osa and Martin Johnson and of Isaac Dinesen, wandered through the garden of Eden, and dwelt amongst the nomadic Masai as educators in the secondary schools. We returned to the good ol' U.S. to settle. My path then led to teaching again. Now our kids are successfully into their own careers and I indulge in their adventures midst this wonderful era called retirement.
