Although I am in class of '57 I had a class with her and we became friends. I looked forward to greeting her on those few occassions since then. She also worked a time at Triple A with my good friend, Maynard Brown, and that became a connection whenever talking with each other. I last saw her at one of the reunions where my wife and I stopped in at the refreshment time and did some catch up. She will be missed. Like Doug Coker, whose obit I am currently working on for Dec. 16 virtual time, gone too young. - Don & Nora (Brodrick '60) Travis

My heart is breaking.  Rosalie was my best friend in high school,  she, Joe, Jim and I had many good times together, those  memories  I will cherish forever..  Although we did lose contact with each other after graduating high school,  I am so thankful we were able to get back together a few years later.  Thankful for being able to spend time with each other, share our family history with each other, or loves and losts and just be there for each other.   Being able to attend MHS 55 reunion with her was so much fun.  I will also cherish the fact that we remained good friends  till the end of time.  Love you, RIP Rosalie

I was so shocked to read about Rosalie;  I would see her and we would always talk about getting together since she lived in Fullerton and I live in Yorba Linda which are next door to each other.  Rosalie was always so much fun to hang out with and I hung out with her at many of our reunions, and always enjoyed being with Rosalie.  She would frequent the lunches we used to have and she would always tell me about all her travels and she loved to travel.

She always seemed to be in good health and this is why it is such a surprise to me that she has passed away. I will miss her very much.  Just goes to show you that when we say we need to get together we really need to do just that, because now it's to late and I am very sorry about that.

R.I.P. Dear Rosalie, I will truly miss you.  I believe you had a good life here on earth and now you will be forever at peace.

Much Love,

Renee LaMont Hendrick

Rosalie always seemed so lively and full of life that the news of her death really shocked me.  Even at our age it is still difficult to hear of one of ours passing.  In addition our school lives , Rosalie and I were confirmedtogether and also belonged to BBG/s (a fraternal organization from the Bnai Brith for youth).  As adults we were able to commesurate with each other about stuff in our lives.

Rest in peace dear friend.  May your memory be a blessing to all who knew and loved you.
