Robert S. Heaman assumed the position of Principal in 1952.  Mr. Heaman ended his 21 years of leadership at MSHS when he retired in the spring of 1973.  The Montebello High School stadium was dedicated to Mr. Robert S. Heaman as "Heaman Field" during the 1973-74 school year.  Mr. Heaman was well liked by all of his students and will be surely missed.
